Drawing inspiration from the handbook, we identified nine key tasks and organized them into structured modules for a more cohesive learning experience. To reinforce these concepts, we designed engaging scenario-based exercises that guide learners through essential ideas and their corresponding sub-tasks.

To further enhance relatability and engagement, we developed custom avatars that reflect the diverse international learner audience. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, we also ensured that all content—ranging from text to audio and video—was fully translated into French and Spanish, creating an inclusive and multilingual learning environment.
